CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Chris Streit

Chris spent two decades in accounting and finance learning one thing above all else: none of it works without the right people. He joined CSA Partners in 2024 bringing 21 years of experience, an MBA from the University of North Texas, and a leadership philosophy built on showing up and treating people right. What most people don't know is that he's a classically trained woodworker — and he'll tell you the precision and patience it demands aren't so different from running a business.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tyson Anae

Tyson started his career hauling masonry materials on residential job sites in high school. It's not the most conventional path to Chief Operating Officer — but it's exactly the kind of background that makes him exceptional at cost segregation. Twelve years, a general contractor's license, and an ASCSP membership later, he runs the operations that allow CSA Partners to deliver studies with the accuracy clients count on. Originally from Laie, Hawaii, he now spends his Utah weekends on the golf course or finding new campsites in the Wasatch — usually both.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Kamal Thota

Kamal spent the early part of his career at the Indian Space Research Organisation — which tells you something about how he approaches problems. Twenty-four years later, he's still building things that didn't exist before: cloud platforms, AI-driven systems, and the kind of digital infrastructure that lets organizations scale without breaking. He joined CSA Partners in April 2026 to bring that same thinking to cost segregation. When he's not reimagining how technology serves the business, he's on a pickleball court — a recent convert who takes the competitive side of it very seriously.

Jer Forbush

With 25 years spanning Big 4 audit, public companies, global manufacturing, and over $450 million in M&A transactions, Jer has seen just about every way a financial strategy can succeed — and fail. What sets him apart isn't the résumé, it's the instinct. He holds several granted and pending AI patents developed entirely outside of work hours, hunts elk in Utah's backcountry every fall, and is raising seven kids. He brings the same relentless curiosity to the balance sheet that he brings to everything else.
