Jer Forbush is the CFO of CSA Partners, bringing more than 25 years of financial leadership across Big 4 audit, CFO consulting, public companies, global manufacturing, and over $450M in M&A transactions. He holds a BS in Accounting and a MAcc from Southern Utah University, and began his career as a Big 4 auditor — a foundation that still shapes how he approaches every engagement.

For Jer, the best financial strategy has never been just about the numbers. It’s about seeing what others miss and building the path to get there. Whether working through a complex acquisition, optimizing a capital structure, or helping a leadership team see their business in a new way, he’s learned that the best outcomes come from great teams executing great strategy — not one without the other.

Outside the office, Jer is an outdoorsman and a builder at heart. In the fall you’ll find him in Utah’s backcountry — an avid elk caller who knows the rut like a second language. The rest of the year he’s hiking, cheering on his kids, and tinkering: he holds several granted and pending AI patents that keep the creative side of him busy year-round. He’s married with seven kids.
