Chris Streit is the CEO of CSA Partners, bringing 21 years of experience in accounting and finance to the role. He began his career as a Tax Analyst — a grounding in the fundamentals that has shaped how he thinks about business ever since. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the International Dyslexia Association, a reflection of the values he brings to every room he enters: show up, do good work, and treat people right. He joined CSAP in April 2024, and says what he loves most isn’t strategy or spreadsheets — it’s the people. Clients who trusted the firm before it had earned it. Partners who became friends. A team that makes him better than he’d ever be on his own.

“I feel lucky,” he says. “I didn’t set out with some grand plan. I just tried to show up and do good work, and somewhere along the way it added up to a career I’m proud of. None of this is done alone — and I’m grateful every day that I don’t have to.”

A Texas native, Chris lives with his wife Abby — married nearly 20 years — and their three boys: Landry (15), Henry (12), and Charles (9). On weekends, you’ll find him running, woodworking, or getting outside, somewhere new from wherever he was the weekend before.
